Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia wide only.
How can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We totally get wanting to make changes — however, to keep things moving quickly, orders are sent to our Fulfillment Center as soon as they’re placed.
Because of this, we’re unable to:
Add or remove items
Change sizes or quantities
Update payment details
Edit shipping information
Cancel orders
Please take a moment to double-check your order before checkout to make sure everything looks right.

Can I change the shipping address after ordering?
Once an order is placed, it’s immediately sent for processing, which means we can’t update the shipping address.
When placing your order, please make sure your address is:
Complete and correct
Secure
Not a PO Box
You can save addresses to your account for faster checkout next time.
Please note:
A $10 restocking fee applies to orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries. If your order is returned, it will be canceled and refunded minus the $10 fee. Orders under $10 are not eligible for a refund.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped from our Fulfillment Center within 7 business days.
Processing times may take a little longer during sales, promotions, holidays, or busy periods.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, and you can also follow its progress through your account.
My order says it was delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Oh no — that’s frustrating, and we’re sorry you’re dealing with that. Here are a few quick things to check:
- Double-check your shipping address in the confirmation email
- Have a look around your property (front door, porch, garage, side or back entrances)
- Ask anyone else in your household if they accepted the delivery
- Contact the delivery carrier — sometimes packages are marked as delivered a little early
- If you live in an apartment, check with your building’s mailroom or office
- Check your mailbox for a parcel locker key if you use shared mailboxes
