Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia wide only.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7 business days of being placed.
In most cases, processing is much quicker, however during busy periods such as sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take the full 7 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched from our fulfillment centre.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable or refused orders may be returned to us and subject to a restocking fee.
